CHAIR YOGA WITH SONIA

Chair Yoga incorporates stretching, flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, endurance and cardiovascular conditioning all with the aid of

your chair.  In addition, fundamentals include relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal movements and economy  of motion.  With this systematic approach, students can remain with Basics or progress to subsequent levels.  Hand weights, resistance bands, pilates ring and therapy balls

are used.​
